Media about Cast Iron Cowboys

"The album consists of eleven tracks, all originals except for the covers of Peter Rowan’s “Walls of Time” and Gerald Marks and Seymour Simon’s “All of Me” which the band puts their own spin on. Each of the first five songs intentionally highlights a different lead singer, a decision that’s consistent with the Cast Iron Cowboys’ commitment to making space for each musician’s unique perspective on their debut album. The choice gives each track a distinct feel and texture. " - Ithaca Voice article titled "Cast Iron Cowboys release debut album ‘For the Locals’", written by Sol Wooten.
